Weld Neck Flanges
Weld Neck Flanges are a very common type of pipe flanges used in various industrial applications. They have a long tapered hub and are often used for high pressure applications.

Our weld neck flanges are drilled with the wall thickness of flange having the same dimensions of pipe. Flanges for heavier pipes have smaller bore, while flanges of lighter pipes have larger bore. These weld neck flanges, industrial weld neck flanges, forged flanges are normally used for high-pressure, cold or hot temperature.
The most widely used iron white copper is BFe10-1-1 (c70600) and BFe30-1-1 (c71500). When the mass fraction of Ni is 30% and 10%, the passivation range of the alloy is wide and the corrosion resistance is the best. And the alloy also has super strong corrosion resistance to seawater erosion, which is called "offshore engineering alloy"
